Your Memory & Tasks

Capture effortlessly. Remember instantly.

Designed for the moments when opening a traditional notes or todo app creates too much friction.

Google Ecosystem

Two-Way Google Tasks, Calendar & Gmail

Manage tasks, subtasks, lists, and recurring due dates with two-way Google Tasks sync. Check or schedule Google Calendar events, look up contacts, and compose confirmation-gated Gmail drafts.

Zero Friction

Instant Capture Everywhere

Capture thoughts in seconds from the Home Screen Widget, Quick Settings Tile, persistent notification, or your Wear OS smartwatch tile and complication.

Notebook & Graph

Keep-Style Notes & Connections

Organize notes with color tags, pinning, archiving, smart memory curation, location map view, and an interactive Knowledge Graph showing how your memories link together.

Privacy by Design

100% On-Device SQLite Storage

Your memories, notes, and conversations live in a local SQLite database on your phone with Android cloud auto-backup disabled. We never sell personal data.

How It Works

From fleeting thought to action in seconds.

01

Capture

Speak or type a thought from the app, home-screen widget, Quick Settings tile, or Wear OS watch.

02

Remember & Connect

Thoth stores your context locally in SQLite, links related facts, and keeps your notebook and tasks tidy.

03

Act on What Matters

Sync with Google Tasks, schedule Calendar events, set exact-time or location reminders, and get daily briefings.

Transparent Privacy Boundary

Exactly what stays on-device vs. what touches the cloud.

No vague privacy claims. Here is the exact boundary between your local SQLite vault, AI requests, and Google permissions.

100% On-Device

Local SQLite Vault

Your personal memories, Keep-style notes, reminders, Knowledge Graph, Memory Map, and offline speech-to-text stay in a local SQLite database on your phone with Android cloud auto-backup disabled (allowBackup="false").

Selective AI Context

Sent Only When You Ask

When you actively send a chat message, a local RetrievalGate selects only the relevant memory snippets needed for your prompt—never dumping your entire database—and sends them over TLS.

Separate Opt-In Scopes

Granular Google Permissions

Sign-in uses basic profile identity only (id_token). Separate scopes for Google Tasks, Calendar, Contacts, and confirmation-gated Gmail drafts are requested incrementally only when you connect or use them.

1-Tap Control

Disconnect or Wipe Anytime

Open Settings → Data Boundary & Local Vault anytime to switch Tasks back to local-only, disconnect Google Workspace scopes, or wipe your local SQLite database in one tap without deleting your account.

Fair, Sustainable Pricing

Frequently Asked Questions

Built for trust and transparency.

Where are my personal memories and notes stored?

Your memories, notebook entries, tasks, and conversation history are stored locally in an SQLite database on your Android phone. Android cloud auto-backup is disabled for personal memory data. When you ask the AI assistant a question, Thoth only includes the relevant context needed to answer your request.

Do I need my own API key?

No. Thoth uses a secure, managed server-side AI connection through Firebase Functions so you can start immediately after signing in with Google.

How can I delete my account and data?

You have full control at all times. You can wipe your local database and delete your cloud account in one tap directly inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web at hermes-thoth.web.app/delete-account.
