By using Thoth, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. Thoth provides tools for capturing, recalling and acting on personal context; AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account and for keeping access to your device secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app or through the web deletion flow.

Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan includes limited, ad-supported usage. Thoth Pro is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription with expanded usage and no ads. Price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown by Google Play before purchase. You can manage or cancel in Google Play. Plan limits may be applied to protect service availability and control misuse.

Your content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Thoth and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that content solely to provide, secure and improve the service. Do not submit content you are not permitted to use.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change and temporary interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, Thoth is not liable for indirect loss resulting from reliance on AI output or service interruption.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, automate excessive requests, reverse engineer protected backend services, or use Thoth to violate another person’s rights.
